We Recognize that Everquest is a family friendly game and ask that our members exercise discretion in their actions in guild chat or while grouping with other members.

We also assume that parents are aware of and monitoring minors activities on the internet and believe that it is their responsibility and not ours to censor what their children are exposed to.

All Members of Blaze of the Immortals will work together to maintain the following standards.

Guild Bank: Blaze of the Immortals Guild Bank is "Public If Usable" this means that if your Class/Race/Level/Deity etc allows you to equip an item int he guild bank you can take it. We encourage rapidly leveling toons to check the guild bank often for upgrades to keep the gear cycling through swiftly. Your guildmates want to help you advance your character and for that reason they have donated gear to the cause. Gear in the guild bank isn't there to make your character rich by selling it in the bazaar, please take it only if you intend to use it. We have gone a long time with this very open and friendly policy and would hate to have to adopt the strict and time consuming policies other guilds have. If you see an item int he guild bank that is for a higher level than you currently are please do not ask an officer to take it out for you or reserve it for you. the gear is there to encourage you to level faster to get better gear for this reason it is "first Level, first geared"

Attendance: All Members are expected to log in once Every 3 months. Failure to log in within 3 months will result in the member being demoted to "MIA" Status. All members below level 50 will be removed from the guild if they do not log in at least once every 3 months. All alts of MIA members (Except for "Legacy" members) will be guild removed except for the highest level toons on the boxed accounts. Officers who are absent for 3 months are demoted to recruiter level, if a recruiter doesn't log in within 4 months they are demoted to MIA status and alts are removed.

Guild Roster Maintenance: A Tidy Guild Roster is the key to guild longevity. Certain members of the guild are "Legacy Members" they are the MIA members from prior to May 9th 2011. Their Alts will not be removed from the guild (Until they come back and become active members and are aware of new policies) All Members of Blaze of the Immortals have the ability to recruit new members. If you recruit someone send a message to an officer or the guild leader with the following information "Toon Name, Main or Alt, Mains Name if they are an alt, Whether or not it is a Boxed Alt" The Leadership will input this information into the guild roster to keep it organized. Members with Mains in other guilds are expected to keep their Mains name available for the guild roster so that they can be contacted.

The Recruiter Rank For the most part Recruiters have the same permissions as officers. It is the rank all officer alts are set to. It is also the introduction rank to guild leadership. As a proving ground for future guild officers it is expected that recruiters will take a leadership role in the guild and help others whenever possible.

The Senior Officer Rank : Senior Officers have the same permissions as the guild leader. Blaze fell upon hard times because the guild leaders in the past have taken breaks from the game without passing leadership powers to someone else. The Senior Officers have all of the power of a guild leader so in the event that the leader takes an extended break the guild can carry on it's business without them. Many of the senior officers are former guild leaders or legacy officers.

Anchor Room : The Blaze guild Hall has many Decorations, Services and different rooms. One Room is reserved specifically for Players to place their Anchors. Anchors are a device in Everquest that allows you to port back to your house or guild hall. Sony sells "primary anchors" through their station cash store. "Primary" and "Secondary" anchors are available through the loyalty merchant in the plane of knowledge. All members are encouraged to get an anchor and place it in the anchor room. Please shrink your anchor when you do, the only big anchor is the guild anchor that wizards and druids can use to port to the guild hall.

The Neighborhood: Members are encouraged to set up a house in the same neighborhood that the guild hall is in, preferably as close to the hall as possible. It just makes life a bit easier for them.

Guild Tribute: As a non raiding guild there is no reason to use guild tribute please donate your old gear to the personal tribute master so that you can burn it off at your leisure. The Guild Leader and Senior Officers have the ability to activate guild tribute and may do so at their discretion. Excess gear from the guild bank may be given to the tribute master for these occasions. Members are encouraged to click "opt In" on guild tribute so that they can get the buffs on the rare occasions that it is active.
